Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduling
Patients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to secure their preferred appointment times.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals
If you anticipate arriving late, please notify our office as soon as possible. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment.​​
Insurance
Amare Wellness Center is currently credentialed with select insurance providers and continues to work toward acceptance with additional plans. At this time, we accept the following insurance plans:

We do not accept Medicaid at this time. Insurance participation is subject to change as credentialing is completed, and updates will be reflected on our website. Patients are responsible for verifying insurance coverage prior to their appointment.

Self Pay
For patients without insurance coverage, self pay services are available at a rate of $100 per visit.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
